In August
of 1986, I entered the construction business with one basic philosophy,
“provide personal and quality services to a few choice corporations and home
owners.” This philosophy led to
repeat business with several clients plus many more referrals. Today I still
follow this philosophy even though the company has grown and now embraces a
broad market. My services
have grown to meet the needs of an ever-changing industry.
I offer general contracting services and have completed many commercial
and residential design-built projects. In
addition to the many quality independent contractors I’ve partnered with to
provide the client with the best craftsmanship available, I also have the skills
and technology to design projects to the client’s specific needs.
However, I also work closely with local professional architects and, when
needed, can make recommendations for design changes to maximize efficiencies and
reduce costs. As a result
of our management techniques, field productivity, knowledge, and monitoring of
construction costs, our company has a reputation for being very competitive. We
have shown our ability to complete difficult projects with excellence, economy,
